YOGA DAY (21st JULY 2015)
Our School has organized World Yoga
Day on 21st Jul. 2015. The term “Yoga has been applied to a variety
of practices and methods including Jain and Buddhist. The whole system of Yoga
is built on three main structures exercise, breathing and meditation.
Early in the morning at 6’O clock students
reached school with their mates. The Yoga team from “Yog Teerth” Institution
had come to school to teach us Yoga. We started at 6:30 am. We had done 10 to
15 yoga for 45 minutes. The yoga instructors told us about the importance of
yoga in our life.
